Social Media Campaign
More Than Donuts!
To educate and increase consumer awareness that the Dandee Donut Factory offers consumers more than just coffee and donuts at their Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Margate, Florida and Revere, Massachusetts diners.
We implemented a pro-active promotional social media strategy based upon individual dayparts of Dandee Donut’s menu offering that included their All American Breakfast, 49 cent Cold Brew, and their line of burgers. Furthermore, we launched “Donuts That Make A Difference”, a charitable giving program for local charitable organizations at their new location in Revere, Massachusetts. To achieve our campaign goals, we implemented an optimized strategy on Facebook and Instagram to increase consumer engagement and educate consumers to the many menu options that Dandee Donut Factory offers. All social media content was sent directly to consumer newsfeeds who live in and around each diner location.
Our social media presence was designed to support key messaging to drive consumer trial and repeat business that included visual storytelling and geo-targeting ads in and around each diner location.
The #morethandonuts campaign was implemented for 8 weeks and was highly successful in driving new consumers trial, increased consumer engagement, and an upsurge in menu trial across all dayparts.
