A Social Media Campaign To Educate Consumers That The Dandee Donut Factory’s Is More Than Just Donuts.


More Than Donuts!

To enlighten and enhance consumer awareness, we spotlighted the expansive offerings beyond coffee and donuts available at the Dandee Donut Factory across its Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Margate, Florida, and Revere, Massachusetts locations.


We implemented a proactive social media promotion strategy for Dandee Donut, aligning with different times of the day to highlight their menu items like the All American Breakfast, 49 cent Cold Brew, and burger lineup. We also launched “Donuts That Make A Difference,” a philanthropic initiative at their Revere, Massachusetts location to support local charities. Our campaign used optimized approaches on Facebook and Instagram to engage consumers and introduce them to the diverse menu offerings. Tailored content was directed to the newsfeeds of consumers near each diner location. Focused on driving both initial trial and repeat patronage, our social media efforts utilized visual storytelling and geo-targeted ads strategically placed around each diner locale to reinforce key messaging and encourage customer interaction.

The Results

The #morethandonuts campaign was implemented for 8 weeks and was highly successful in driving new consumers trial, increased consumer engagement, and an upsurge in menu trial across all dayparts.
