Designing New Packaging to Compete on a National Level
After several years of strong regional growth and then approaching large retailers and the buyers of those retailers communicated to Golden Girl Granola if they were going to compete on a national level, they would have to redesign their existing packaging.
To do that, Golden Girl Granola turned to Thought For Food & Son to design their new packaging which would put Golden Girl Granola in the best position to stand out on retailer shelves in competing against more established granola brands.
The new packaging was designed using black as the dominate color and placing an up-dated version of the Golden Girl Granola logo front and center to drive brand awareness while the front window treatment showed consumers the natural ingredients used in making Golden Girl Granola for appetite appeal. Golden Girl Granola can now be found in retailers across the Northeast.
